New Names, Same Breakthrough Technology

From the leaders in swellable technology, SWELLFIX introduces two new names for the company’s swelling packer and swell sleeve product lines:

DynaFORM™ swelling packer is a swellable rubber bonded to the outside of the casing.  DynaFORM™  provides control of fluid cross-flow between zones to increase oil production by reducing the volume of produced water.

 
The DynaSET™ sleeve is a swellable elastomer vulcanized directly onto the outside and inside of the sleeve to create a strong and durable packer.
 
SWELLFIX is engineering risks, costs and complexity out of the traditional well construction and production process. The Company has developed and patented a multi-swelling packer system consisting of both oil and water swelling elastomers on the same basepipe, ensuring a failsafe sealing regardless of the ever-changing downhole environment.

The extensive testing and product development process has allowed SWELLFIX to introduce a series of products designed for many downhole applications. These include:

  • DynaFORM™ Expandable Pipe is designed to fit on expandable tubules.
  • DynaFORM™ for Smart Wells seals and isolates branches of multi-lateral wells in smart well applications. Packers can accept multiple individual control or a flat pack.
  • DynaFORM™ for Cementing provides effective annular isolation where the cement operation fails or develops a micro-annulus, removing the need for remedial work.
  • DynaFORM™ for Gravel Pack fits around the outside of conventional gravel pack screens in horizontal wells to block fines migration and prevent annular flow.
  • DynaFORM™ for Stimulation is a swellable elastomer for effective isolation for compartmentalized frac applications that allows the frac slurry to be precisely placed in the correct zone
  • DynaSET™ Swell Sleeve ensures well integrity in the event of a poor cement job or micro-annulus being formed.
  • DynaRING™ - Swelling O Rings have been tested in Subsurface Safety Valves in Holland with great success. They are also being used for plugs and other down hole devices for use in landing nipples which have seal bore damage
  • Swellseal - Finely ground elastomer that can be used as LCM (Loss Circulation Material).
